Buying Information and Website Help

Making a purchase is simple, browse our ranges and add any items that you wish to buy to your shopping basket.  After you have finished your selection click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Fax/Post:
Download Our Order FormIf you wish to pay via cheque please download the offline ordering form, complete the form send it along with your cheque made payable to Mookini Ltd to us at the following address:  Mookini Ltd, PO Box 934, Bromley, Kent  BR1 9GS.

Please note that goods are despatched after cheque clearance.  Should you wish for your items to be despatched as quickly as possible, please use the online shopping facility or fax your order with your credit card details.

We accept most major credit/debit cards, and we accept payment in 3 currencies.

Shipping And Handling 
Postage and packing is free within the UK Mainland up to 1kg.  We use Royal Mail which takes up to 7 days subject to goods being in stock.

Overseas Delivery
Charges are based on a fixed cost per item and destination.  All orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees.  Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees.  Please contact us for further details.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK the price that is shown in the cart is inclusive of VAT.

Orders going to international destinations pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees.  A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail.  Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees.  

Please note: Mookini Ltd is unable to provide estimates for any customs fees; check with your local customs office for more information.

Returns / Exchanges / Refunds 
We are sure you’ll be delighted with your Mookini purchase, however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you can return any item purchased from this website to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt, we will willingly refund the cost of the goods or organise an exchange unless it is a personalised item.  Simply fill out the returns form enclosed with your order, remembering to advise us whether you want an exchange or a refund and send it back to:

We recommend returns are sent back by recorded delivery, as Mookini Limited cannot be held responsible for lost returns.  Always retain proof of posting.  There is a restock charge of £5 per item for returned goods.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.  They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.  They are not held in clear text on any website.
